ROBERT
BURTON, JR.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rob Burton has been Chief Executive Officer of Cenveo since September 2018. He also serves on its Board of Directors since September 2018. Mr. Burton was previously President of Cenveo from 2013 until 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Burton was President of Corporate Operations with a focus on M&A, Treasury, IT, Human Resources, Legal and Investor Relations. He was a member of the Cenveo Executive Committee since he joined Cenveo in 2005. Mr. Burton was also President of Burton Capital Management, LLC and was the primary investment officer before he joined Cenveo.

Mr. Burton has over 20 years of business experience as an Investor Relations, M&A and financial professional. Mr. Burton also served as the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Moore Wallace Incorporated. Prior to his role at Moore Wallace, Mr. Burton served in the same role for Moore Corporation. From 1996 through 1999, he held various management positions at World Color Press, Inc., including Vice President, Investor Relations.

Mr. Burton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University majoring in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. Rob is also a founding member of the Greenwich Athletic Foundation where he currently serves as President.


MIKE BURTON

PRESIDENT

Mike Burton was named President of Cenveo in August of 2018. Previously Mike served as Cenveo’s Chief Operating Officer since June 2014. He became President of the Print, Label and Packaging groups in July 2013. In November 2010, Mr. Burton became President, Label division and subsequently became responsible for the Packaging division in January 2012.

From September 2005 to November 2010, Mr. Burton was Senior Vice President, Operations with a primary focus on procurement, information technology, environmental health & safety, and human resources.

From 2003 to 2005, he was also Executive Vice President, Operations of Burton Capital Management, LLC. He was a founding member of this group before he joined Cenveo in 2005. Mr. Burton was previously Vice President of Commercial & Subsidiary Operations, a $600 million division of Moore Corporation Limited. Mr. Burton received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut where he was captain of the football team.


MARK HILTWEIN

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Hiltwein rejoined Cenveo as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2018.  He was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Rand Logistics from May 2015 through February 2018.  Mr. Hiltwein was also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cenveo from July 2007 through August 2012, and was President, Envelope Group from August 2012 through September 2014. Prior to Cenveo, Mr. Hiltwein was President of Smartshipper.com, an online third-party logistics company.  Through July 2005, Mr. Hiltwein was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Moore Wallace Incorporated, a $3.5 billion dollar printing company.  Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President and Controller from December 2000 to February 2002.  

Mr. Hiltwein served in several financial positions from March 1992 through November 1997 and then as Chief Financial Officer from November 1997 through July 2000 with L.P. Thebault Company, a commercial printing company in New Jersey.

Mr. Hiltwein began his career at Mortenson and Associates, a regional public accounting firm where he held various positions in the audit department.  He is a CPA and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kean University.


AYMAN ZAMELI

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Ayman Zameli is Cenveo’s EVP and Chief Strategy Officer where he is responsible for all M&A and strategic activity. He has served in this role since September 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Zameli served as the Chief Restructuring Officer during the restructuring process of Cenveo. Mr. Zameli joined Cenveo in 2014 where he served as EVP Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy responsible for all capital raising activities and investor relations.

Mr. Zameli has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having worked in the leveraged finance groups at Bank of America and JP Morgan where he assisted companies in raising capital and funding acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Zameli spent two years at a mid-market private equity group where he was in charge of sourcing and performing diligence on acquisition targets. Mr. Zameli has an MBA from The George Washington University.


GINA GENUARIO

SVP, HUMAN RESOURCES & BENEFITS

Gina Genuario was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Benefits in 2012. Previously Ms. Genuario served in various Human Resources roles within Cenveo since joining the company in 2005. Prior to joining Cenveo, Ms. Genuario worked for Quebecor World, formerly World Color, for 8 years in various positions with increasing responsibility. Ms. Genuario earned a BS in Business from Fairfield University. 


MARK GREENBERG

PRESIDENT, ENVELOPE GROUP

Mark Greenberg was named President of the Cenveo Envelope division in 2017. Hired In June of 1983 by US Envelope Company a Division of Westvaco Corporation, Mark spent 15 years assuming increasing levels of responsibility in Sales and Sales Management. In 1998 Mark left Westvaco and spent four years at RR Donnelly managing strategic accounts and sales management.

Mark has been with Cenveo since 2002, with the acquisition of Mail-Well, holding various leadership roles in both sales and operations management. Mr. Greenberg earned a BA in Business Administration from Springfield College.
