This is the Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) that governs how Cenveo Worldwide Limited (“Cenveo”, “we”, “our” or “us”), uses Personal Information (defined below) that we collect, receive and store about individuals in connection with the use of our website: http://www.cenveo.com/, and any other website, application, or other platform, from which this Privacy Notice is linked (each, together with its sub-domains, content and services, a “Site”).

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Cenveo. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party websites, services and advertisements, and you visit them at your own risk.

We recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information that is shared with us as part of using our Site. As used in this Privacy Notice, "Personal Information" means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to identify an individual.

2.1. Personal Information You Provide To Us On Our Site. If you send us a “Contact Us” request or feedback, or if you seek information about our products, services, and prices, or in connection with purchasing a product or service, you may be required to provide us with certain information that may constitute Personal Information, such as:

We may collect your Personal Information via email, by phone, by text, by instant message, live chat, social media platforms, and through third party advertisers.

We will retain each category of your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Section 3 above, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. We consider the following criteria to determine how long we will retain your Personal Information including whether: we need your Personal Information to provide you with the services you requested; we continue to have a business relationship with you; you have requested information or services from us; we have a legal right or obligation to continue to retain your Personal Information; we have an obligation to a third party that involves your Personal Information; our retention or recordkeeping policies and obligations dictate that we retain your Personal Information; we have an interest in providing you with information about our services; and we have another business purpose for retaining your Personal Information.

6.  Opting-Out of Promotional Emails.
You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that you receive from us, or by responding to the emails directly and requesting removal if such a link is not available. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to compliance.contact@cenveo.com. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or our services. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative, maintenance and operational emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request).

7. California Residents.
This Section applies to our collection and use of Personal Information if you are a resident of California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”). In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by these California privacy rights requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

The security of Personal Information is important to us. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 16 years of age.

12. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals.
Cenveo does not track Site users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Accordingly, we do not currently respond or take any action with respect to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services.
