Frank Sklarsky

Frank S. Sklarsky is a retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PPG Industries, Inc., one of the world's leading paint and coatings companies. He also served on the company's Executive and Operating Committees. He served the company from 2013 to 2017.

Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tyco International, a global provider of security, fire protection and flow control solutions.

After starting his career with Ernst & Young, Sklarsky spent 20 years with Chrysler and DaimlerChrysler, progressing to a series of leadership roles ultimately becoming a Vice President, Finance. He also served in leadership roles as a finance Vice President at Dell, Inc. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at both ConAgra Foods, Inc. and Eastman Kodak Company prior to joining Tyco.

Sklarsky earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University. He also earned a Certified Public Accountant's license in New York State and is now retired status.

Frank Sklarsky serves on the Board of Trustees at Rochester Institute of Technology, where is chairman of the University's endowment committee, and also serves on the Finance Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors of Harman International Industries, Inc. for almost five years until its sale to Samsung Electronics in 2017. He was a member of both the company's Audit and Compensation Committees.
